     b. SCH - Community Recreation Center -                           505 N Springinsguth Rd,                                     Schaumburg, IL 60194 

     c. BGR - Wheeling High School - 900 S                            Elmhurst Rd, Wheeling, IL 60090

3. Shala Timing - Every Sunday - 10.00 AM                                    CST to 11.30 AM CST

   4. Shala Fees due along with this Registration         form 
        Monthly - $20 from Sept ‘23 to May ‘24

        Total - $20 * 9 = $180
